Currently operating at senior management level, I specialise in programme control, contractor coordination, and rigorous health, safety, and compliance management in live, high-risk environments. I am highly process-driven and known for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving projects—whether that means implementing robust CDM 2015 compliance, managing multiple subcontractor interfaces, or building efficient digital systems for reporting, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
