We are a delivery-focused construction management team specialising in complex commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. Led by a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), our core team brings together senior construction management, logistics management, and site supervision—a group that has worked together consistently over many years to deliver high-quality projects in demanding, live environments.

Our strength lies in how we operate as a unit. The Construction Manager provides strategic oversight, programme control, and full CDM 2015 and compliance leadership. Our Logistics Manager ensures safe, efficient material flow, access planning, and coordination within constrained urban sites. Our Site Supervisor drives day-to-day quality, sequencing, and trade coordination on the ground. This long-standing working relationship means decisions are clear, communication is direct, and issues are resolved before they escalate.

Together, we have successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects to a consistently high standard, achieving minimal snagging at handover and maintaining an excellent health and safety record throughout. We are highly process-driven, detail-focused, and practical in our approach. We combine robust systems, clear documentation, and hands-on site leadership to maintain control over programme, quality, and risk.
